It has been a pleasure to work with Paul Jung on 2 transactions, one involving the sale of our home in Bayside Hills, and the other on the purchase of a 2-family home in Whitestone. Firstly, Paul successfully sold our home in Bayside Hills for what was at that time $100k above average sales for homes similar to ours. Paul was relentless in showing our home to qualified buyers and he succeeded in a smooth sale within a month or so from the time that it was initially put up for sale. Secondly, we purchased a 2-family home in Whitestone, which was Paul’s listing, which also was quick. Throughout both processes above, Paul was constantly in touch with us and always displayed impeccable professionalism and politeness. Paul is very knowledgeable when it comes to market trends and is always imparting his much-needed advice when it comes to financial decisions involving real estate. My husband and I would greatly recommend Paul (as we already have) to our friends and family who would like to list their homes for sale, or are in the market to buy a real estate property. Paul is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. Having a bad experience with another agent it was refreshing to meet an Agent like Paul. He look at the potential of the sale and gave us a realistic sale price. We were up on the market in no time and showings were scheduled. I am hardly motivated to write reviews. However, I am anxious to write this review though. Paul represented my stepmother in the recent sale of her home. She lived there for 40 years. She’s over 80 years old. When we interviewed Paul, she took an instant liking to him. He was ultra respectful. He carried himself as a true professional. He demonstrated compassion. He was also very accommodating. On her moving day he showed up to show support. He helped me load her plants into my truck. On the few showings we had, he showed care and respect for both my step mother and the elderly tenant and did not unnecessarily intrude on either. He communicated very effectively and often. Paul Jung has been an absolute pleasure to deal with in trying to sell our house in Flushing. We want to change his name from "Power Paul" to "Miracle Paul". He knows the area and the prospective buyers really well. He was able to tell us the proper listing price so that we would get even more in the end. He showed us comparable listings in the area and which ones sold quickly and which didn't. There's not a single suggestion that we questioned and we trusted him totally. We didn't have to do anything to the house, which after 43 years of living in it was an absolute blessing. He agreed to show it to select prospective buyers who could demonstrate they were serious, but we didn't have to change anything in the house. Paul had 13 offers after that first day and we took his advice and took one of them. Waiting is not always best in his experience and we believed him. Paul is super friendly and a real go-getter. I'd recommend him to anyone, in fact, he also sold my mother's house and he got contract within the first month after COVID reopening.

Back in December 2018 we decided to sell our house and buy a new one. We went searching all over our neighborhood for real estate places to speak to agents who could help us. We went to many places and spoke to many agents and after contemplating which one to pick we chose Paul. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He put our house on the market in December 2018 and within a couple of weeks he found us a buyer who was willing to pay a good price for our house. Every time Paul met with us he would give us a friendly hug. He is such a pleasure and he’s funny too. We, unfortunately, had a situation with a squatter living in our house so we couldn’t sell the house until we got the squatter out. Paul found us a good lawyer to help us get the squatter out and he stuck by us the whole time. Finally, after a long and complicated process, we managed to get our squatter out within 3 months. Paul and the lawyer helped us with everything we needed to get him out. Then Paul started looking for houses for us to look at. We were living in queens and wanted to move to either Nassau or Suffolk. We went searching for houses every week and it was frustrating because our offers on houses kept getting denied. It was stressful and frustrating, but Paul kept trying until we finally found a great house for a great price in commack, way better then any other house we put offers into. We were happy that our other offers got denied because we found an even better house that we love. Paul then got us an inspector to check out the house and we are now in contract with them. Overall Paul is a great real estate agent. He is kind, funny, knowledgeable, and sufficient with what he does. He does his job and gets things done. If you want to sell your house for a good price and buy a new house for a good price and all in a timely manner then Paul Jung is your man!!
